Every candidate goes out on your letterhead.
Upload the letterhead you already send. Every resume you drop in comes back on it — contact details stripped, your house style applied, ready to submit.
No card. Your template is built before you pay anything.

Three steps, and only the first takes any of your time.
Every other tool hands you a blank template and a settings screen. This one starts from the document you already send.
Upload your letterhead
Drop in a Word file or PDF you already send clients — the real one, with your logo and footer. Nothing to design, nothing to configure.
We rebuild it as a template
Your logo, colors, type and layout come back as a working template. You approve it before anything else runs, and you can send it back for changes.
Drop in a resume
It comes back branded, with the candidate's contact details stripped so your client comes back to you. Out as an editable Word document.
Already running real candidates, every week.
This is not a prototype. A Los Angeles staffing firm has been putting live candidate submissions through it since July. The numbers below come from the tool’s own logs.
Average time to turn a raw resume into a branded submission, timed on the server
Real candidate resumes formatted in the first 16 days of use
Delivered as editable Word documents — never a locked PDF you cannot fix
What this is worth to a firm your size.
Pick your team size, then set every input to your own reality. The plan price is subtracted in the total — nothing hidden behind a “contact us”.
Sets a starting point of about one submission a day per recruiter. Adjust it below to match your desk.
That is 63 a month across 21 working days.
Set this to what it takes your team today — every figure on the right moves with it.
Loaded 1.3× for payroll tax, benefits and overhead — about $63 a real hour.
Every figure here moves when you move the inputs. The Agency plan at $129 a month is the cheapest one that covers your volume — it is already subtracted above.
Flat monthly. No counting resumes at the end of the month.
Charging per resume punishes the people who use it most. Every plan above Solo is unlimited, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Worth asking before you upload anything.
There are tools at forty cents a resume. Why this?
Those hand you a blank template and a settings screen, and you build your own letterhead inside their software. Here you upload the document you already send and get it back as a working template. You are paying to skip the setup, not for the formatting.
What happens to the candidate data I upload?
Resumes are processed and then deleted. They are not kept, not used to train anything, and not shared. The production version records only a timestamp and a file type to count usage — never the document or the candidate’s details.
Can I edit the result before it reaches my client?
Yes. What comes out is an editable Word document, not a locked PDF. Change anything you want before it leaves.
What if the template comes back wrong?
Send it back and we redo it. Template revisions are included on every paid plan — getting it right is the point of building it for you instead of making you do it.
Does it really strip the candidate’s contact details?
Yes, by default. A submission carrying the candidate’s phone number invites your client to go around you. It can be turned off per template if you would rather keep them.
Send us the letterhead you used yesterday.
We build your template and format your first five resumes on it, free. Nothing starts charging on its own.
