What you get

We build a document template from the letterhead you send us, and our software reformats resumes onto it. The free tier covers your template plus five resumes. Paid plans are Solo at $39 a month, Agency at $129 a month and Firm at $299 a month.

How to cancel

Cancel any time, from your account, and it stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. We do not ask you to email us or sit through a retention call.

Who owns what

Your letterhead, your brand and your documents are yours. The template we build from your letterhead is yours — if you leave, you keep it. The resumes and candidate details you upload are yours and your candidates’; we claim nothing over them, and we do not use them to train anything. See the privacy page for the detail.

What we ask of you

Upload documents you have the right to send us. Do not use this to process data you were not permitted to hold in the first place. Do not attempt to break, overload or resell the service.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We will keep the service running and fix what breaks. We cannot promise the software never has a bad day, so check documents before they reach your client — that is why the output is an editable Word file and not a locked one. If we fail badly enough that the service is unusable for a stretch, tell us and we will credit that time.

Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months. That is standard, and on a plan of this size it is also proportionate.

Ending it from our side

We would only close an account for non-payment or for the misuse described above, and we would email you first except where the misuse is causing active harm.
